Use frozen Fenwick Berries all winter in delicious and nutritious smoothies!!
Fenwick Berry Farm Smoothies 1 1/2c - 2c berries - fresh or frozen (partially thawed) 1/2c peaches - peeled, sliced (fresh or frozen) - alternative: 1 banana 1 cup of juice - we prefer a berry punch or grape juice 1 100g cup of yogurt Combine ingredients in a pitcher and blend with an immersion blender. Or: combine ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy! This smoothie recipe also makes excellent popsicles! Pour the mixture into a popsicle mold, freeze over night and enjoy on a warm spring or summer day!!
